Do I need glue to apply your lashes?
No glue needed. Our self-adhesive lashes stick on their own, and our magnetic lashes use a gentle magnetic system. Clean, easy, and damage-free.

Yes — our entire range is designed with ease of use in mind. Our magnetic sets even come with an applicator tool to make the process effortless.

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location — you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lash products.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right.

How do I care for my reusable lashes?

Can I wear your lashes with glasses?
