Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Veloura Beauty.

Because our products are beauty and personal-use items, we can only accept returns on unused products in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
